The Long Beach Pride Parade is a great example of where PRIDE’s core focuses come together in one project.
These projects range from organizing cast member volunteer opportunities within our community, to working with our internal business partners to develop products relevant to our LGBT demographic. As co-chair for the Diversity Resource Group PRIDE (People Respecting Individual Diversities in Everyone), I lead a team of 15 cast members from around the Disneyland Resort in LGBT- and Ally- related projects focused on our workforce, workplace and marketplace.
